A replicated, managed examine in a laboratory at James Cook University, Australia (Woodhams, Alford & Marantelli 2003) found that heat treatment at 37°C cured purple-eyed tree frog frogs Litoria chloris of chytridiomycosis. There was a significant difference in survival between temperature treatments. All infected frogs in the remedy with two eight-hour intervals at 37°C examined unfavorable for chytrid after ninety four days and survived for at the very least another five months.
